#Why Is It So Hard to Find a Job?
Getting a job in a Startup Company is not that easy. I have seen ppl are asking for Startup companies list to apply for jobs. But trust me its tough to crack the interview.
#What should be your first step?
As a fresher, you must learn Aptitude, Reasoning, Verbal first to crack the interview. Then you have to prepare for Technical Part.
If you are not good in Aptitude but in Technical then you can try in Startup companies because 99% startups don't conduct Aptitude Test. They hire candidates who are technically excellent(Not Good).
And to become Technical Expert you have to learn multiple technologies.
Example: I suppose you are applying for Java Developer in a startup company. In a startup hardly 10 employees will be there. You know java very well. But in that company, they already have 1 or 2 java developers are there. If they assign you some work and you complete that task in 7 days. But the same work can be done by those developers in 2 to 3 days. Then why should they hire you? Is it waste of time and money right?. And Startups expect more from a candidate. How can you be beneficial for their company? What extra / advanced things you can do for their company's growth. To learn multiple technologies, do some project and mention that on your resume.
In Startups suppose you get selected. Then after entering into the company, you have to do your task on your own. No one will be there for your backup. And also nobody will help you because in most of the startup's employees do partiality. If they help you then you will be appreciated, What they will get! Nothing!!!
